Every Wednesday at 6PM or 7PM we welcome anyone new to GFit Women to join us and try one of our regular classes for FREE. Don't worry, we will scale the workout and intensity to fit your abilities. We ask that you simply show up a little before to complete a waiver. The class will last roughly one hour and will include a warm-up, a skills component, and the GFit Daily Workout.
This FREE class is not required, but is simply one of the options offered as a way for you to check out our program and see if it is a fit for you. If you are still interested, or would like to join after, you would have to complete our required Fundamentals Intro Class. If you choose, you can skip the Free Regular class and get started right away by completing your Fundamentals Intro.
This FREE class is required for new members. By attending you are not obligated to any membership, but it is the foundation of your start at GFit Women. In this class we review squat variations, kettlebell swings, wall balls, ball slams, and more. This class is a slower paced learning environment that offers an optional short workout at the end.
Expect this class to last roughly 2 hours and get you generally prepared for the training philosophy and movements that make up the core of our program.
