Sylvia's own words...
"I began the challenge on 1/3/17 and I I have lost 17 lbs! ( I still can't believe I am typing that. ) I haven't seen this number on the scale in years. And that's not for lack of "trying".
More importantly, the most incredible changes are things I can't take pictures of...For 6 years, I have been taking antibiotics on a monthly basis for issues with IBD. Since I began this lifestyle change, I haven't had to use them. My health is the best it's been in years and I feel happy and energized. I also am enjoying cooking the meals and literally savor every bite. My husband has even been eating healthier.

Mark and Alli (and Janet for these amazing recipes)- I am not even sure how to say thank you. Thank you for sharing this with us and for making it easy to transition into.

Sam's own words...
For the first time as an adult I can say....I feel good. Since walking through these doors I’ve gained a sense of me , back. After having 3 kids back to back I put myself aside and lost me there...
Well, did that change! Since October, I can be found happily hopping out of bed as early as 4:15 am to get to class if I need to, I get motivated with the 90s rap music that is blasting, while breaking an amazing sweat and I feel like I’m part of a team again. When we’re in that gym we’re all the same -from 20’s-60’s moms, not moms, lawyers, environmental surveyors, nurses , teachers , hair stylists, and women that stay at home- whatever! It doesn’t matter we have the same goal and that’s to crush the work out and have a great day! To be honest, I get way more out of my membership then I had ever anticipated. I’ve networked so much, I’ve made amazing new friends, I look forward to getting there to see everyone and feed off of that energy!
The coaches? They are inspiring and not obnoxious. They push you and tweak you but never make you feel singled out.
Lastly, the results, because that’s the main reason I joined, to become stronger and as you can read above, we’re #strongertogether - I’ve only been a member for three months and I couldn’t be more grateful for GFit and the family.
Kristina's own words...
GFit Women has changed my life in so many ways. I've not only met incredible women but so many of them have become close friends!
Before I started GFit I was overweight and depressed. I stepped on the scale and saw that I had reached my heaviest weight at 201.6lbs, and it was that moment that I cried but promised myself that I would make a change. That person wasn't me, and I refused to let that scale go any higher.
So when I found GFit on Facebook and watched the inspirational video of what it's all about I knew this was the place for me!
Since joining back on May 6th, I've lost a total of 25.1lbs and a total of 10.5 inches!!! My acne has pretty much cleared up, I have so much more energy, and most important I found my self confidence!

Kelly's own words...
I found gfit just days shy of my 51st birthday. I had spent the last several years menopausal on the couch gaining 50+ pounds. I knew I had to do something.
To say I was unsure of myself and intimidated by the workouts is an understatement. I spent the first few months just trying to catch my breath during the workouts and thinking "I cant do this".
Never once did I hear "you have to keep up, you have to try harder" none of that bullshit! Instead i heard "you can do it, you're killing it!" From the very start it was the amazing group of women i had met that kept me coming back.
Fast forward 10 months - I have lost 35 lbs and no longer need blood pressure or anxiety medicine! I have made friendships that will last the rest of my life!
I feel stronger and more confident than ever before! I wake up everyday looking forward to spending my morning in the "cursing corner" with the greatest group of women I have ever met.
Gfit truly saves my life every single day!!!!
April's own words...
"I began the Gfit flex macros program January 9, 2017. And if I am being completely honest I didn't have high expectations. I figured I'd do it for the six weeks and if I lost a few lbs that would be decent. The first six weeks were hard but I was starting to see little changes in my clothes, even though the scale wasn't really changing, and I decided to stick it out. Now here I am 7 months later writing this! To date I have lost 23 lbs, 3 inches in my chest, 4 inches around my waist, 2 inches in my hips and 2 inches in my thighs. I feel better than ever. I am happier, more confident, I have more endurance in the gym and most importantly I am full! The meals really are delicious (especially the quesadilla card😂)!!! My advise to anyone who has tried but threw in the towel is try it again!! And if you're a member and haven't tried the macro plan what are you waiting for??!!! Stick it out past the 6 weeks and get a partner to do it with bc I definitely could not have done it without mine. Syl, thanks for motivating and making me do things like up weights or run that last 200m. Seeing Syl hit her goal just motivated me more! The trainers at Gfit are simply the best ever, so motivating and positive! Alli thanks for what you have created at Gfit. It is truly something else!"
Karen's own words...
"I know I sent you pics awhile back but I have continued to work hard and make more improvements and finally was brave enough to send picture with my stomach showing. Even though it is pale it is definitely shrinking! Anyway, I can't say enough positive things about gfit. It truly has been life changing. I joined in September 2016 after much encouragement from my sister and cousin. It was so out of my comfort zone but each time I came I could see myself getting stronger and fitter. I began the nutrition program on January 1st and that is the day I took my before picture. Since then I have lost 40 lbs. and a total of 21 inches!! I have learned so much since joining gfit and I am doing things I never thought would be able to do. My husband has also been following the nutrition program and has dropped 50lbs. My kids ask me what I do at the gym and say "Wow Mommy, you have muscles!" I feel better than I ever have! Gfit has truly been life changing and I look forward to becoming stronger and fitter with my gfit family!"
